And what better way than to do it with some psychedelic inspired swirls?

 You’ll need:

1. Two bright lacquers (we’re using stoked & honeyfox)
2. Toothpick or craftstick

 

1. Choose your base color and paint 2 coats onto the nail (We recommend doing 1 nail at a time)

2. While your base color is still wet, drop small dollops of your second lacquer onto the nail. (smaller dollops make better swirls)

3. Immediately after creating the dollops, use your toothpick or craftstick to mix & push the lacquer around, creating your groovy swirls.

4. Far out! Your psychedelic nails are set and totally groovy . Don’t be afraid to do switch up the colors and explore!

Nothing is sweeter than clear skin and bright eyes. This juice recipe is meant to do just that!
 
Don’t be alarmed it’s sweeter than you think!
All of our produce is organic, of course. 
 
You’ll need a juicer for this recipe…perhaps the time is now to get one! 
 
2 apples
3 stalks of celery
1/2 bulb of fennel
1 cucumber
1 handful of spinach
 Ginger
*add half a lemon (optional)
 

 *Makes 24 oz.-approximately 2 servings
