bathing rituals

A person is pouring liquid into a small glass bottle on a wooden table, surrounded by candles, jars with dried herbs and flowers, a green ceramic jar, and various natural objects like seashells, stones, and a sprig of rosemary, indicating a spiritual or ritual setting.

The time we take to nourish our precious body, inside & out, is a sacred act of selfcare. When we mindfully honor ourselves with kindness and patience, we can shift into a calmer state ~ allowing the nervous system to steady & heal. Creating a bathing ritual for yourself is a gentle place to start.

Three practices that can shift our attention and inspire healing:

  • First, the wonders of warm water ~ the temperature cozy enough to sink into with pleasure. The healing warmth surrounding you, (or in a shower) cascading around your flesh...it works wonders to reset the mind and soften the heart. Add to it a softening coconut powder & detoxifying salt blend and you’ve just made some magic!

  • Second, a sweet shed of the skin ~ a gentle scrub to slough away what does not serve you is a potent practice in releasing & letting go. Our herbal sugar oat blend is sure to nurture & soothe, leaving a luminous healthy glow.

  • And lastly, there's nothing more healing than our own loving touch ~ moisturizing our fresh flesh with a blend of supportive plants & high-vibe oils with tender strokes really seals in the magic.

Sense the magic with a ceramic bowl filled with dried rose petals and other herbs on a wooden surface, and a lit candle in the background.
