Suggested Use: standing in your tub or shower before turning on the water - start with your feet, using a small dollop of the scrub massage in circular motions around & in between your toes, working along to the ankles and the back of the heels. Scoop a bit more scrub and continue up your legs, across your hips & behind, around your belly, along the sides to your back. Scrub gently around your breasts and chest, along the collarbone to your shoulders and down your arms, ending with the tops of your hands & in between your fingers. Turn on the shower allowing the water to wash away the scrub leaving your skin nourished & soft. *This scrub dissolves easily to rinses down the drain.
